Students Mental Health Problems

Young students, many are away from family and their primary support system, they need to understand how to identify signs and symptoms in themselves. The agenda of this blog is how to identify the signs and symptoms of modern mental health issues for teenagers or college issues and when and where they required help to deal with these challenges.   • Shortness of breath

  • Headache

Relationships

A lot of students facing relationship problems in this modern era. Each relationship having positive and negative aspects whether it is between a couple, parents or friends. If you are facing issues in any of your relationships, you must find the solution as it can harm the relationship in long term. With parents, there is a common problem of misunderstanding where young minds do not want to listen to their parent’s point of view and vice versa.

At the time of college, students also fall in their first relationship with the opposite sex. With the emotions on high, they feel hurt when it doesn’t work out or fail in their relationship. This affects the overall efficiency of the student’s performance.
